  The rates cover the whole amount of movers, not per mover.

• What if something gets damaged?

     We cover the costs to repair/replace the item. * Any damage claims must                    be reported within 2 days to be deemed valid under our liability.

• Do you offer packing services?
  Yes. We offer full or partial packing services. Get a quote for both.

• When does the time start for the hourly rate?
  The hourly rate starts once the movers arrive at your place and ends once the move is complete.

• Do you offer a flat rate.

       Flat rates are always negotiable but are often used in long-distance moves.

• What is a good tip?
  Anything that comes from the heart.

• Does the reservation deposit go towards the final bill?

       Yes. The deposit is part of your bill and will be deducted from your total.

• Cancellations: $50 deposit will be kept for cancel before day of move. $175 for cancelling the day of the move.

• Should I remove clothes from the dressers? 

       It's always recommended to remove clothes from dressers.
