• Do you wrap and disassemble furniture?
  Wrapping of furniture, disassembly/reassembly are included.

• Do you offer any discounts?
  Ask and you shall receive a 10% discount on your move.

• Are the rates per mover, or all-inclusive?
  The rates cover the whole amount of movers, not per mover.

• What if something gets damaged?

     We cover the costs to repair/replace the item. * Any damage claims must                    be reported within 24 hours to be deemed valid under our liability.

• Do you offer packing services?
  Yes. We offer full or partial packing services. Get a quote for both.

• When does the time start for the hourly rate?
  For local moves, the hourly rate starts once the movers arrive at your place and ends once the move is complete. For moves, at least 45 minutes to an hour away, time starts for that travel time.

• Do you offer a flat rate.

       Flat rates are always negotiable but for smaller or long-distance moves.

• What is a good tip?
  Anything that comes from the heart.

• Does the reservation deposit go towards the final bill?

       Yes. The deposit is part of your bill and will be deducted from your total.

• Cancellations: $50 deposit are non-refundable and will be kept for canceling before day of move. $175 for canceling the day of the move.

• Should I remove clothes from the dressers? 

       It's always recommended to remove clothes from dressers.

• What's included in the labor service?​​

       Only the laborers. No, truck, no materials or equipment. The customer supplies           everything else, we supply the laborers.
